It is so wonderful that we are all back to gardening. Our garden is looking wonderful…now if we can just get a few days of sunshine to dry things up a little (can’t believe I am in Texas saying that).
We do have some projects that need our attention to keep our garden looking its best. So we are implementing our garden workdays on the third Saturday of each month. The work days are designed to do the necessary upkeep and maintenance on the common areas of the garden, so there will be specific jobs/projects for each workday.
The workdays will be from 8:30-11:00 on each third Saturday through November. We will be sending out reminders each month, but it is helpful if you mark those dates in advance on your calendar. And remember, per the by-laws, each plot owner is required to work a minimum of four workdays per year.
Our first workday will be Saturday, June 19, 8:30 – 11:00. We will be working on the common areas plots on the East end of the garden. Please bring your gloves and plenty of water.
